How we quote
Where the scope of a matter can be drawn, we quote a fixed fee — stated in writing before any work begins.
A route note carries a fixed price wherever the work has a defined edge. Where the matter will move — an open-ended negotiation, litigation — we quote an hourly rate with a ceiling written into the engagement letter, and report on a fixed schedule.
What moves the price
The number of Dutch entities in scope, whether a notarial deed is required, the jurisdictions the matter touches, and the deadline. All of it is set out before you commit.
